MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Marshmallow cream
9 x 13 inch pan

Melt butter and cocoa in small saucepan. Cool 10 minutes. Add vanilla and chopped pecans to cocoa mixture. Blend cocoa mixture into flour, sugar, and eggs with mixer for 30 seconds or until creamy. Place in heated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, wait 5 minutes, then spread marshmallo cream over cake. Allow to cool for 20 minutes. Then top with chocolate frosting and chopped nuts. Yum! Yum!
