1 lg. pkg. frozen corn or 1 lg. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
Pour boiling water over corn or vegetables to remove all the frost. Cut butter and cheese in small pieces. Put corn or vegetables in a 9x13 casserole and poke butter and cheese down into mixture. Add milk and stir. Stir again after it has baked a while (you may stir several times to be sure the cheese is mixed with the vegetables). Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly, about 45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
