STRAWBERRY AND SPIN SALAD 
1/2 lb. spinach leaves
1 c. fresh strawberries, halved

Dressing:

2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. canola oil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
pinch of nutmeg

Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Arrange spinach leaves in a large bowl and top with strawberries. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
