STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. Bing cherry Jello
2 mashed bananas
1 (15 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

Dissolve Jello in hot water (separately). Add 1/2 tablespoon Knox gelatin which has been dissolved in 1/8 cup cold water to each Jello mixture. To the Bing cherry jello, add 1 mashed banana and the crushed pineapple. Congeal until firm. Spread sour cream to cover top. Top with strawberry jello to which has been added 1 mashed banana and the strawberries, which is partially congealed. Return to refrigerator and finish congealing. Top with sour cream dressing.
