CORN CASSEROLE 
12 oz. can niblet corn
12 oz. can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 sm. pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
1 stick butter

Melt butter in casserole. Mix all other ingredients together and then stir this into the butter in the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. After baking is completed, you may stir up, or leave, with baked corn bread on top. Corn bread mix rises to the top when baked. Very good, and easy to prepare.
