CRUMB-COATED POTATO HALVES 
1/2 c. Italian seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. Paprika
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
4 large Potatoes, peeled and halved

In a shallow bowl combine the bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper. Brush potatoes with butter, roll in crumb mixture until coated. Place in a greased 9x13-inch pan or baking dish. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until tender.

Yield: 6 servings.
