SPINACH DIP WITH BREAD AND
VEGGIES
 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 pkg. frozen spinach thawed and water squeezed out
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate several hours. Using a round loaf of bread, hollow out center of bread and then fill middle of bread with dip. Use leftover bread and cut into 1 to 2 inch squares and use this to dip. Also, cut up various vegetables. Arrange decoratively in a basket or platter.
