PUBLIC HOUSE BLUEBERRY PIE (NO
BAKE)
 
1 baked pie shell
5 tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 c. cold water
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. cold water

Make a smooth paste of 1/4 cup of water, flour and salt. Boil 1 cup of blueberries with sugar and 1/2 cup water. Add the flour paste and stir until it thickens. Remove from stove and cool.

When cool, add the remaining blueberries and put mixture into pie shell. Refrigerate. When cold, garnish with sweetened whipped cream or favorite topping.
