SNICKER CAKE 
German chocolate cake mix (prepared as directed)
1 pkg. caramels
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. nuts

Pour half of batter in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Melt caramels with butter and milk. Pour over hot cake. Sprinkle with chips and nuts. Pour remaining butter on top. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes. Then at 350 degree for 10 minutes.
