SNICKER'S CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 c. (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour half the batter into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Melt caramels with butter and milk. Pour over baked cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts over caramels. Pour remaining batter on top. Bake 20 minutes at 250 degrees and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
