SALMON LOAF 
1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all of above and put in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

SAUCE:

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can celery soup, undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. parsley, minced

Heat above 3 items to boiling. Serve with salmon loaf. 4 to 6 servings.
