GOURMET PORK CHOPS & RICE 
6-8 pork chops
2 c. uncooked rice
2 beef bouillon cubes
4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. parsley

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Salt, pepper and flour pork chops. Fry in small amount of oil until brown (it is not necessary to be well done). Spread rice in shallow baking dish, 13 x 8 x 2 inches. Place pork chops evenly on top of rice. Dissolve beef cubes in boiling water. Pour over chops and rice slowly. Sprinkle top with parsley. Cover with lid or foil. Bake 45 minutes.

Note: Chicken breast can be used instead of pork chops. Use chicken bouillon or broth instead of beef.
