FROZEN PISTACHIO PUDDING DESSERT 
40 Ritz crackers
1 stick softened butter
2 small pkgs pistachio instant pudding
1 1/2 C milk
1 qt vanilla ice cream
1 container Cool Whip

Crush 40 Ritz crackers. Mix with 1 stick softened butter. Press into 9x13 pan.

Mix 2 small pkgs pistachio instant pudding with 1 1/2 C milk. After pudding sets, add 1 quart vanilla ice cream. Mix together well and spread into pan. Freeze.

When ready to serve, frost with Cool Whip.
