HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 bag cubed hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/4 c. grated onion
2 c. corn flakes
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix hash browns, soup, sour cream, onion and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese in a large bowl. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the mixture. Cover with corn flakes. Pour melted butter over corn flakes.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
