WIENER SCHNITZEL 
4 veal cutlets
1 egg
Flour
Bread crumbs

Slightly tenderize cutlets on both sides. Dip into egg (mix egg with some water). Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour then dip into bread crumbs so they are well covered. Fry in hot oil till golden brown (5 minutes on each side). Serve with boiled potatoes or rice and asparagus or vegetables of your choice. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
