CRANBERRY BANANA JAM 
3 c. cranberries
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. mashed bananas, ripe
1 tsp. butter
7 c sugar
1 packet liquid fruit pectin

Simmer cranberries in water about 10 minutes. Add bananas and sugar and bring to a full boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in pectin. Stir and pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
