PAT'S FUZZY NAVEL CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mixes
4 eggs
3/4 c. peach schnapps
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. orange extract

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. peach schnapps
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 1/2-inch bundt pan with baking spray or grease with shortening and flour. In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, pudding, eggs, peach schnapps, orange juice and orange extract. Beat 2 minutes. Pour batter into bundt pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Remove from oven.

Prepare topping while cake is hot. Mix 4 tablespoons schnapps, 2 tablespoons orange juice and powdered sugar. Using skewer, poke holes in cake and pour topping over cake. Allow to cool at least 2 hours. Place plate over top of pan and invert. Serves 12.
