CHILI 
1 regular size bag dried pinto beans that have been cooked
2 lbs. mild Italian sausages, cut into 1" pieces
1/4 c. water
1/2 lb. onions, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp. minced garlic
2 lbs. ground chuck
3 (36 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Cook sausages in water over medium heat 10 minutes; drain.
