MACARONI SALAD 
4 c. hot cooked macaroni
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. finely chopped onion
1 c. diced celery or cucumber or both
2 tbsp. minced pimento
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
4 sliced sweet pickles
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 to 3 tsp. mustard
French dressing or salad dressing

Sprinkle hot macaroni with salad oil and lemon juice; chill. This greatly improves the flavor of the macaroni. Add other ingredients, using enough of desired dressing to moisten. Chill thoroughly before serving. Serves 6-8.
