LIME WALNUT SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 tbsp. chopped red pimento
1/2 c. chopped black walnuts
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple

Dissolve gelatin in water and cool. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 x 12 inch pan. After setting, you can frost with 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (creamed smooth), 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice (if desired). This is pretty at Christmas with the red and green - in this case, you would not want to frost. You will be disappointed if you use any thing but black walnuts.
