1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. orange juice
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 oz. box vanilla instant pudding

Mix all together.

Bake at 325°F for 30 to 35 minutes in 9 x 13 pan.

Glaze:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar

Bring to a good rolling boil. Pour over cake while hot.
