RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
3 c. chopped rhubarb
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 tsp. nutmeg
1 pie pastry

Line pie pan with pastry. Place rhubarb in bowl. Combine eggs with rest of ingredients, mixing well and mix well with rhubarb. Place in unbaked pastry. Bake at 400 degrees for 60 minutes.
