FRENCH CUSTARD RHUBARB PIE 
3 to 4 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar

Cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces. Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and flour to eggs then combine with rhubarb. Put filling in unbaked pie shell, cover with topping. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven that has been preheated to 450 degrees.
