FRESH RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
3 tbsp. milk or cream
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. diced fresh rhubarb
1 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs. Add milk, sugar, flour, nutmeg. Stir well. Add rhubarb. Pour into 9" crust. Dot with butter. Cover with lattice top. Sprinkle with a bit of sugar. Bake at 400 degrees until golden, about 50 to 60 minutes.
