CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
2 pkgs. Lady Fingers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (soften before using)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipping cream
Cherry, pineapple or blueberry topping (pie filling)

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.

In a separate bowl beat cream until thick. (Use low speed of mixer.) Fold into cream cheese mixture.

Line springform cake pan with lady fingers on the bottom and sides. Fill and put in refrigerator for at least 8 hours before serving.

Put cherry, pineapple or blueberry topping on just before serving.
