STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
2 sticks butter, softened
1 c. nuts, finely chopped

FIRST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. confectioners sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

TOP LAYER:

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
2 pts. strawberries

CRUST: Melt butter with flour; press into pizza pan and add nuts on top; press in. Bake at 350 degrees until brown; cool completely.

FIRST LAYER: Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth; fold in Cool Whip. Peak up on sides so top layer won't run off.

TOP LAYER: Mix in pan and bring to a boil; cook until clear. Cool a little. Add 1 box strawberry Jello; cool completely. Add 2 pints strawberries and spread on top. Chill before serving.

For peach pizza, substitute peaches for strawberries and use peach Jello.
