FLUFFY MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground lean pork
3 med. slices soft bread, torn in pieces
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper, dry mustard, sage, celery salt, garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake until done. For catsup topped loaf, spread 3 tablespoons catsup on top before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Serves 8.
