COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage, grated
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. can chopped pimentos
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water

Mix sugar, vinegar and water; let boil and cool. Mix first 5 ingredients together. When vinegar mixture is cooled, pour over the other ingredients and mix well. When refrigerated, will stay fresh 2-3 weeks.
