4 c. shredded cabbage
2 tbsp. hot pimento
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 green onion, chopped

Toss cabbage and pimento in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients for dressing. Just before serving, spoon dressing over cabbage and toss lightly. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
