COLESLAW 
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
White pepper, as desired
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/4 c. table cream
3 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except vegetables. Combine vegetables; mix well. Gently stir in the dressing. Chill before serving. 6 servings.
