DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PEANUT CAKE 
1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1/2 to 1/3 c. peanut butter (depending on how much you like peanut butter)
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

FROSTING:

1 can ready to spread chocolate fudge frosting
1/3 to 1/4 c. peanut butter (see note above)
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. peanuts, chopped (optional)

In a small bowl, combine frosting, peanut butter, and milk at low speed until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Yield: 12 servings.
