DETROIT RIBS 
3-5 lbs. country style pork ribs

SAUCE:

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Garlic powder to taste
Dash pepper
2 onions, sliced

Measure sauce ingredients into a jar and shake well until thoroughly mixed.

Bake ribs, with sliced onions on top, uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn and drain grease occasionally. Brush on sauce and roast another 30 minutes or until done.
