1 lb. softened butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 shot glass of whiskey
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of nutmeg
Flour

Beat butter for 10 minutes on high speed. Add sugar, whiskey, egg, vanilla, and nutmeg. Mix well. Slowly add enough flour so you can easily shape cookies into small 1 inch balls. Place each one on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes. While still hot, roll in extra confectioners sugar.
