CREOLE JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. fresh pork, diced
6 to 8 lg. pork sausages
3 onions, chopped
2 garlics, chopped
1 chopped green pepper
Cayenne to taste
1 c. ham
2 tbsp. butter
3 bay leaves
1 tsp. chili powder
3 qts. water

Put butter in saucepan, add onions, garlic and pork. Saute until brown. Add ham and spices. Add sausage and cook 10 minutes. Add water, cook 15 minutes, when it begins to boil, add rice, chili powder and pepper.
