BUTTERMILK CUSTARD PIE | |
3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. buttermilk 1 stick butter 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. vanilla flavor 1 unbaked pie shell Melt butter, beat egg add melted butter to eggs, and mix well. Mix sugar and cornstarch together, add to butter and eggs mixture, add vanilla flavor and buttermilk; mix well. Pour in deep pie shell and sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. |
