HASH BROWN BRUNCH 
1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake at 325 to 350 degrees in 9x13 inch pan. Cover with foil the first 45 minutes and 15 minutes uncovered.
