1 (12 oz.) corned beef, crumbled
6 medium potatoes
1/2 small onion
1 (40 oz.) tomato juice
1 large can tomatoes

Mix all ingredients. Cook in pot over medium heat for 40 to 45 minutes. Stir often to avoid sticking.
