SKILLET MACARONI & BEEF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked sm. macaroni
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook meat in large skillet until it loses its redness. Drain fat. Stir in macaroni, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring until it is transparent. Add sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir, then let stand 5 minutes with heat off.
