ZUCCHINI PIE 
4 c. thin sliced zucchini
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. butter
2 well beaten eggs
2 c. shredded Mozzarella or Muenster cheese
1 pkg. crescent rolls or biscuits
1 tbsp. mustard

Fry up zucchini and onions, add herbs and parsley. Beat eggs, cheese, salt, pepper and mustard. Mix together. Then add zucchini mixture to it. Spread crescent rolls or biscuits in 9 x 11 pan to make crust, pour mixture into crust. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 to 30 minutes or until brown. Let cool about 10 minutes befor cutting.
