FROZEN MOCHA CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. chocolate flavored syrup
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. hot water
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Additional chocolate crumbs; optional

In a small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, and butter. In a buttered 9 inch springform pan or 9 x 13 baking dish. Pat crumbs firmly on bottom and up sides of pan. Chill. In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; add condensed milk and chocolate syrup. In a small bowl, dissolve coffee in water. Add to cheese mixture. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional crumbs if desired.
