FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 c. sliced peaches
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Baked pie shell
2 c. sliced peaches
2 c. Cool Whip

Cook 1 cup fruit in water for 3 minutes. Mix 1 cup sugar and cornstarch with some water before adding to the cooked fruit (glaze). Bake pie shell as directed and cool. Fill pie shell with sliced fruit. Pour fruit glaze over the sliced fruit in shell. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
