TURKISH BEANS 
1 lg. jar cooked beans, strained and washed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
Pinch of salt

Marinate overnight, then add: Chopped parsley as desired Red pepper, as desired Paprika as desired 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. oil

Mix together well. Serve cold.
