TURKISH SALAD | |
1 lg. can peeled tomatoes with juice, chopped 2 peppers, cut into slices 1 onion, sauteed (lg. pieces) 1 garlic clove, diced finely 3 hot peppers, cut & diced Hot peppers - be careful not to touch eyes until hands are washed with soap, thoroughly. Place all ingredients into pan. Simmer for 1 hour. Eat with pita bread. |
