TURKISH GREEN BEANS 
2 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. canned tomato paste
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans

Combine first 6 ingredients. Pour over beans in 2 quart saucepan, cook 10 minutes or until tender. Refrigerate at least 1 1/2 hours but also good served warm. Serves 4.

Can be increased manifold for buffets in which case oil should be decreased and cooking time increased to about 25 minutes.
