KOREAN SALAD 
1 bag fresh spinach, wash and break off heavy stems
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2-3 hard cooked eggs
5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can bean sprouts, drained or fresh mushrooms
1 onion, sliced into rings

Toss above ingredients and add dressing just before serving.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. oil
1/3 c. ketchup

Blend and refrigerate.
