BROCCOLI NORMANDY BAKE 
2 bags frozen broccoli normandy
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. each salt, pepper, and onion salt
3/4 c. milk
3 oz. cream cheese, cut up
1/3 c. white wine (optional)
Toasted sliced almonds or French fried onions

Cook broccoli in salted, boiling water 10 minutes. Drain. In pan, melt butter. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk, all at once. Cook and stir until bubbly. Blend in cream cheese until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in wine. Place broccoli in 1 1/2 quart covered casserole. Pour sauce over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with almonds or onions. Serves 8 to 10.
