BROCCOLI BAKE | |
1 can cream of broccoli soup 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. soy sauce dash of pepper 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut up or 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and drained 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper. Stir in broccoli and 1/2 can of the onions. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until hot. Stir; top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes more. Or microwave. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on High 8 minutes, rotating halfway through heating. Top with remaining onions. Microwave, uncovered, 1 minute more. |
