BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 can Campbells cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
Dash of pepper
1 bunch (1 1/2 lb.) fresh broccoli cut up or 1 (20 oz. pkg.) frozen and cooked in casserole

In 1 1/2 quart shallow casserole, combine soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper. Stir in broccoli and 1/2 can of onions.

Conventional: Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until hot, stir. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer.

Microwave: Cover with wax paper, microwave on high for 8 minutes, rotating dish halfway through heating. Top with remaining onions and microwave uncovered 1 minute longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
