BAKED RAVIOLI AND BROCCOLI 
1 (40 oz.) can beef ravioli
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Mix 1 can ravioli with sour cream. Cut thawed broccoli spears lengthwise. Place a layer of broccoli on bottom of slightly oiled 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Save several spears for garnish. Pour ravioli mixture over broccoli. Garnish with saved broccoli. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes. Serves 4.

This was a great dish to make. Simple and inexpensive. I added in ground beef to the mixture but it could go without. My family loves it. I also added more cheese and layered it but this is still a great base point to start from and make it your own to tailor it to your families taste.
