MOCK SOUR CREAM CRESCENTS 
1 c. non fat yogurt
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/3 c. warm water
2 eggs
2 c. wheat flour
2 c. unbleached flour, generally need to add a little more flour

In large pan combine warm yogurt, butter, sugar and salt. Mix until sugar is dissolved and let cool. Soak dry yeast in warm water. Then add to yogurt mixture along with eggs, wheat flour and unbleached flour. Store in refrigerator overnight. Cut dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each portion into a circle 10" in diameter. Cut circle into 12 wedges. Start rolling wedge from large end. Place small end down on pan. Let rise to twice in size, approximately 2 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 4 dozen rolls.
